Alissa was working at a travel magazine when she met Lucia at a Kendall Square Business event where Clover was sampling. They started talking about Clover, and she thought: what if I made a big career change?
She’d had management experience (running the big Anthropologie in Back Bay), so last spring I hired her as an assistant manager in training. She really impressed us during her training period, and by June she was running her own truck: CloverLMA.
Her family is originally from Russia, which inspired her to develop the beet, carrot, horseradish salad a bunch of you have been enjoying this year. She has a degree from BC and is helping Lucia out with the Clover Instagram. Most importantly, she’s doing an amazing job connecting with her customers and staff in the food truck world. Right now she’s running CloverDWY, so if you see her there say hi. She will be moving up into restaurant management next week.
Our food trucks will come back in full force in March (right now only 2 are live), and we’re hiring an army of Truck General Managers to run trucks. Head to the Careers section of the website to learn more.
