Every year, just after Valentine’s Day, we start getting the same question in from customers: Will there be a Passover Box this year? Sometimes the pleas are more direct, sometimes more colorful. The glories of the vegetarian Chopped Liver are a common theme. This year, Sarah, an NYC-based friend of mine said she’s spent so much time thinking about the emails describing last year’s box that she’s DRIVING UP TO BOSTON to claim one!
So I’m happy to report, yes, the Clover Passover Box is now live. We’ve booked the date for Rabbi Barry to head up to Cambridge to kasher our kitchen (thank you Lighthouse Kosher!) and we’ll be delivering on April 22nd.
Here’s the full menu, with some tweaks based on your feedback over the years. Our favorite local weatherman Dave Epstein pitched that Clover should develop a vegetable-based gefilte fish—we’re not there yet, Dave, but look for it Passover 2025!
