Clover is Kosher!

Our Kosher Certification

Clover is certified Kosher according to Jewish law. Clover food products are under the strict Orthodox rabbinic supervision of Rabbi Barry Dolinger of Congregation Beth Sholom in Providence, Rhode Island (he can be reached at rabbi@bethsholom-ri.org). All food products are to be considered dairy according to Jewish Law. We decided to pursue Kosher supervision in an effort to make our food accessible to as many people as possible.

Rabbi Dolinger has been amazing to work with and we’re learning so much! For current certifications, please see the Certification Letter Effective Until April 11, 2025.

“We had the Clover Food Truck come to our synagogue to celebrate Yom Ha’atzmaut. The promise of Clover’s food truck brought a huge group of congregants and community members to our synagogue. The food was delicious and fresh and it was a great way to celebrate as a community!”

Brauna Doidge

President of Congregation Beth Sholom, Providence, RI

“My wife and I got married in Groton MA and had a few strictly-kosher guests attending. My wife had eaten at one of Clover’s food-trucks, and were thrilled to learn that they offered catering services as well. The staff at Clover was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. Once we agreed on our food selections and delivery times, they coordinated directly with our venue and ensured that everything went smoothly. Our kosher guests were very pleased with their meals as well.”
