That is a picture of a kit we made for the Persian New Year soup we’re running today. Can you guess what’s in there?
Almost 2 years ago, Lucia and I created a version of her family’s recipe for “Persian New Year” soup. It’s sort of a unique one. It’s Iranian. Traditionally, the Persian New Year, called Nowuz, occurs around March 21st. I still like to run it at this time of the year because lots of customers start asking for the return of this soup. Also, we don’t want to wait till the end of March to serve it.
You can read Lucia’s original post here. This soup is running today at our truck locations.
