A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…
a meal box lands on your home planet. You, a brave cook, open it and find a strange assortment of intergalactic meals…Yoda Pancakes, Blue Milk, Millenium Fal’corn, Bantha Meat Sandwiches, Pita Pizza Planets, Slurpy Soup, and Yoda Soda…
Your job: choose how to use it. Celebrate on May the 4th; pair a different meal with a different movie each night; or order multiple boxes and throw a movie marathon in your backyard.
This box will be distributed just once, on Friday April 30.
Since Luke Skywalker started out as a humble farm boy, this box supports all the hard-working farmers throughout our galaxy. And it’s priced so that Jedis just starting out can afford it. $65 for a box that feeds 2 people, $110 for a box for 4.
BREAKFAST: BABY YODA PANCAKES, BLUE MILK, CORN FRITTERS, SMOKY TEMPEH
For breakfast, we’ll teach you how to make bright green baby yoda pancakes! You’ll combine dry pancake mix with eggs and spinach-infused buttermilk, then pour yodas onto your griddle using our handy diagram. Don’t forget the jumbo chocolate chips for Yoda’s big eyes. Wash them down with a blue milk smoothie, just like they have on Tattooine. Plus in a nod to our home planet, there’s MA corn fritters, smoky tempeh, and for drizzling—a New Leaf Syrups maple syrup sampler pack.
LUNCH: BANTHA MEAT GYROS AND EGG DROP SOUP FOR GROGU
Head to the cantina where spacers, smugglers, gamers, and star pilots collide. But be careful, there’s danger around every corner. Don’t worry, Chris made “bantha meat” seitan to keep up your defenses, which means you’ll get to make the first-ever Clover sandwich invented in another galaxy! Red beet tzatziki, yellow pickled turmeric, lettuce, tomato, fluffy pita. And for Grogu, a bowl of egg drop soup you’ll simply warm and serve (just watch out for the cephalopods).
DINNER: PITA PIZZA PLANET BUILDER WITH LENTIL CONSTELLATIONS
Create your favorite planet – whether it’s Endor, Tatooine, or Yavin Prime. Then destroy it with your mouth! We’ll give you all the fixings – house tomato sauce, Impossible meatballs, two types of cheese, pesto, roasted cauliflower, walnut sauce, blue oyster mushrooms that look like something from another planet – and suggestions on how to make a tasty combo.
Fun fact: these “pita pizzas” were a suggestion from a customer. Satyan, if you’re reading, reach out: we want to buy you a box to say thanks for the idea.
MOVIE SNACKS: YODA SODA AND MILLENIAL FAL”CORN”
We give you Yoda-colored matcha syrup and seltzer, you have fun getting the perfect hue. To snack on during the movies, we’re sending plenty of (vegan) cheesy Millennium Fal”corn.” You pop the corn and toss it in our spice mix.
DESSERT: “BOBA FETT” BOBA BEET (TAPIOCA PUDDING)
We’re making beet tapioca pudding inspired by the famed bounty hunter!
This box is now already 40% sold out from pre-orders and may sell out by the end of the week. So the choice is yours.
