We’ve been featuring a lot of Ethiopian coffees lately. First there was the Four Barrel Bulga that stole hearts, then a Kochere from our friends at Barrington, and now a Yirgacheffe roasted by Derek Anderson at Speedwell in Plymouth, MA.
This one is floral and bright with a citrusy sweetness. We’ll be pouring it for a few more days before moving onto another Ethiopian coffee: the Reko from George Howell.
