I love seeing food cooking in the oven. We found the other day that the oven doors had been neglected. I think they might not have been cleaned in almost a year.
8 coats of oven cleaner later and we’re seeing the food. It’s beautiful. Now the trick is to keep it up. I’m trying to figure this out on a larger scale. We’re really good at doing things once, but haven’t figured out how to do things routinely, and be pro-active. So that’s the next step. How do we as a company never let these doors get dirty? Honestly, that’s a really tough problem. It’s not easy at all to figure out.
